The World Atlas — Census V0.2

Every candidate formation world across two thousand years of Christian history — built, chosen, deferred, excluded-with-reasons, and not-yet-surveyed — with the honest explanation a participant would read for each. Eras 1–2 reproduce the Phase One Step 0 record (Phase One deliberately spans both, creed to council); Eras 3–10 carry signals, not verdicts. Atlas IDs (I.1, II.5…) are stable record keys — the Roman numeral is the survey part, not the era number. Every entry carries its lane under the seven-lane architecture (lanes are reading aids, not a taxonomy). The eighth lane, Beyond the Floor, holds movements whose own confessions sit outside the Nicene base and its bounded proximity — researched and explained, never hidden. Companion to CiC_World_Atlas_Census_V0_13.xlsx. Draft for Mark's review.
